If you're looking to keep track of your habits in the simplest of ways, this is it. It doesn't get any simpler than Way Of Life. One thing I would add is login form. It can get a bit frustrating to add all journals from scratch if I wanted to change my device. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

Only down side is the free version can only track 3 habits. Should be at the very least 5. But the paid version is perfect for me and this is one of the very few apps with the layout to see all your habits each day of the week at a glance, which i highly prefer and notes are a must. Only thing missing is a counter for your habits, that would be great.

Absolutely love the app! One feature request- add counts to green or red boxes. Will help me track my daily cigarettes, calories, kms travelled etc. In a visualised format. Currently i have to put in notes for these numbers, which do not show up as a chart.

Good design and easy to use. But after transferring to a new phone it won't show my old results from 2018 - the calendar just stops scrolling at Dec 2021. The data is there - if I try to delete an old habit it asks if I am shure that I want to delete hundreds of entries. I just can't view them. Edit: thanks to the developers for the response, will be waiting for a fix.

Hi, we're aware of the limitation of scrolling all the way back in your history and have an update out soon that'll fix that. Rest assured that your data is still there, though, nothing gets deleted, it's just a matter of improving the calendar view, as we'll certainly do!!!

A simple app to track goals. No in your face ads. No one trying to sell you some subscription service. Does exactly what it's advertised to do. Looks like the devs are responsive as well, which is a very good, but very uncommon, thing.

It's excellent for things you just don't want to do too often (like eat junk food) but don't have a "schedule" for. But it needs a widget - a habit/behaviour tracker without a widget just doesn't get used, out of sight out of mind. So I've uninstalled it, but if they develop a widget I'll be back

Only reason I'm not giving 5 is because of a problem with the interface, which is kind of a big deal. On the main screen "Journals", there is green button that is so badly positioned to the point I can't tap to complete a certain task of mine because the damn thing is on the way. How was this overlooked? I payed premium and if they fix it I will gladly change my score to 5 stars.

Journal feature and the stats are awesome. The colorful marks are encouraging. And being able to mark a day as skipped is nice for the days that your goal doesn't apply to. Easy to use. Paying for more than 3 goals was worth and will motivate me to actually use the app.

I have recommended it to so many people - some of whom loved it while others felt it wasn't right for them. Great app, that needs some basic functionality added. It also misses on some features available on ios. Things like exporting to csv and syncing between devices should be defaulted in this day and age. Overall very good experience, a combination of visual habit tracker allowing taking notes in a simple intuitive package is something I could not find in any other app.

Clean, simple, easy, and perfect. It's a intuitive, customizable, and easy to remember to use app that doesn't take much thought or time to complete and without the weird guilt of others that you "lose" if you miss habits. I love it! It's helped me manage my ADHD so much in just a few weeks. I love the fact it isn't complicated or busy, I can just download it and put in a "habit" and start tracking.

This is my favourite habit tracker app. I am however disappointed that they got rid of the little bubble that shows a streak after 3 consecutive days on the main tracking page. Edit: I changed from IPhone to Android and didn't realise that's why the streak option was gone - looking forward to when it's available on Android!

This is a good app for tracking habits and I chose it because you can select your own habits. The only downside is that (unlike the apple app which I had before), it doesn't form chains that help you see at a glance how many days you've kept a habit. It's also difficult to delete categories.

I think this app is very good. It does all the essential very well! You can tick, cross, clear, skip and add a note to a day. You have a monthly and weekly view that work very well too. It lacks on the statistics and on the chain link counts. The backup works well. I hope the developer will keep improving it. I am giving it 5 star because is easy and fast to use and the backup capabilities, not for the advanced functions. High recommend

The free version only allows 3 habits to track. It's not enough for me to want to test it out and see if it's worth the $4.99 for a premium version. There are similar apps that have free versions that can track many more than 3 habits with similar set up. Edit: while I understand the perspective of the business needing to make a profit, the business of app development is competitive with so many free options. I currently have 5 habits I am tracking on a different free app and seems to suffice.

App is fine but support appears non - existent. Have three times emailed with a query and also contacted through social media. Despite auto replies stating I'll hear back in two days maximum, I haven't heard anything in two weeks. Edit: support request dealt with well in the end, so upping a star. Will up it further once the app becomes a little more feature rich like the ios equivalent eg flexible habits so many times a week etc.

This app has been life changing for me. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in changing their life utilize SMART goals and goal theory as an effective framework. I wanted an app that allows me to mark myself a negative point.. If I miss doing something, I want to mark it red/cross. I can also note things. I tried habit bull, habit tracker and other apps.. But none were as simple, easy and clear. I knew this is the one within 10 minutes of installation. Love it.

This app is simple. Just a screen with your habits, yes or no questions, red and green and a few graphics. Yet, it feels aven more effective than gamification-based apps. You don't need a game to change your habits, you just need metrics and graphics that tell you you're progressing. Way of Life has a very clean interface with just what you need. As you start to use the app on a daily basis, you'll want to change more habits. I totally recommend buying the app if that's the case.

I originally liked it for the first few days then suddenly all my data disappeared. I couldnt track my habits anymore. The point of this app for me is that it is right and your fingertips when you need it. Even though my data eventually came back the next day or so, it still means mental space was decreased because I had to remember what I was going to put in. Then it happened again today. I decided to go with something else. Great idea, but that is critical to have access to it when I need it. Also another issue was that you could track checkmarks like did I sleep 8 hours, but you couldn't track the number of hours you slept each night... It at least not that I could see, and it was important to me to track that in the same list as well, couldn't see how to do any of that. So not terrible. But not good enough for what I needed. 3 stars.
