Worst ever app!! The orders sent r of different sizes. The return option isn't working..so buggy that the app closes itself wen u try to return . Disappointed! No response to the emails!!

As much as I love the products, an upgradation of the app is required. Often times it abruptly shuts and my wishlist is shown empty despite adding items. Overall it can be made user friendly

Shamefull ! I had made a purchase of one ecru shirt from westside mobile app. Without delivery the goods to my respective address. They have internally returned the goods to their warehouse. For that I had dropped a mail three days on 7 august. Thank you for your response and our team is working diligently to resolve it. Thats it, no clue on when they are getting back to me or how they working to resolve this simple issue.

My 1st worst experience with westside. I received totally wrost and different product from westside.what I ordered and what I actually received. I will never buy again from you. If you are expensive site so kindly maintain your trust as well. We pay as your demand. So your responsibility is you provide us best service and quality. Big disappointed by my side.

Issues, 1. The performance need to be enhanched a lot , when i apply few filters and scroll items when i select a specific item and view it and try to go back to whole list the time to get back to the list is way too slow it is taking so much time like 15-20sec wait time even when i have 8gb ram and 128gb storage mobile 2.No filter header while viewing list,opt hidden header which appears at 1 swipe back or at bottom 3. Seriously,for every 40 items the page shows view more, the list has 3k items

Highly disappointed with the app since it has so many bugs , sometimes it shows the collection and sometimes it doesn't and it has wiped all the items from my cart and wishlist which I'm unable to find now.

The search filter is so worse. You never get what you want. Barcode won't even work

I am not able to place an order of the items. After adding them into cart, I am not able to checkout. Help me resolve this issue.

Pathetic pathetic . Cannot login to app as well as website with mobile OTP . It is just loading since infinity. Cannot make purchase of the products in cart. Very slow features. Wonder who developed this application. Also,very poor customer service

Not able to edit First Name and Last Name , email ID and phone number such poor app which doesn't allow user to make some important changes, due to this unable I'm unable to shop or order online... Kindly look into this and make necessary changes where custome can make / edit his user name and email ID and Phone number... I'm facing this issue past from 3 weeks

I wish I could give zero stars. Westside has the worst customer support possible. I have never been harassed this much ever before by any other customer service. And anyhow their app keeps hanging every now and then so better shop from store but this app is nothing more than a waste of time.

The app is so pathetically made, the flow is so bad, once you go back you have to again type the entire search. There are no filters, no sortings nothing at all. Please learn something from Flipkart, Amazon. They will just cancel your order without any prior intimation use your money for a full 7 days and refund it. Frauds. Uninstalling the app rightaway.

Worst app. I have ordered shoes from this app, it's been 10days I didn't receive my order. They just take money. It's best to go to store and buy, instead ordering from this app. I didn't even recieve my refund.

Worst app to shop..The app is poorest. It hangs a lot. Products go missing suddenly from cart. The worst is I am not able to checkout. I have the products in my cart and everytime I try to proceed to checkout, the app is asking some stupid OTP, which I have received and entered probably 100times. After that it asks for create customer. After that just boom. The app froze forever. I refreshed so many freaking time, but same thing happened every single time. It's a pain

There are so many bugs 1. If you choose a product from your wishlist it shows that it's out of stock. 2. The search option is so clumsy and bottlenecked.

Poor app & disappointing customer grievances redressal by Westside for online customers. I have placed an order 497037 on 13th March 2023 which has not been dispatched nor amount being refunded till date despite many complaints. Also I'm a Westside member, however the membership benefits don't reflect on their App. I have raised grievance for the same but there was no reply ever. There's no points or coupons available on App to redeem. Screen goes blank while clicking for back page everytime.

This is a terrible app. I have not been able to use my membership offer and have contacted the customer service on call. They gave no hoods to the issue. Eventually went on to Twitter and tried to reach out many times only to get no response. I'm filling a case in the consumer court.

Bad app. The orders page shows is very unstable, and freezes with no touch response. Also, items ordered via the App get delivered partially. If the order delivery is screwed up, then have to rely on a not so friendly customer helpdesk. Getting through to customer support is unreliable, and does not give a good experience. Will now think thrice before ordering stuff from the App.
