1.Its Super crashing..... 2. kicks you Offline at anytime......... 3.It doesn't allow driver to Log into another Device incase your Device is broken or lost ........4.Takes time to complete an Order after taking Parcel Picture ........5.App doesn't allow Driver and Customer to Chat via in-App message

Working with this app is a nightmare,it takes very long to respond u struggle to get work done it keeps on restarting then u have to start all over only to take long again and do the same error.

I will be loyal to our customers with good service as well

Unable to access App on multiple occasions

This app doesn't have all the information necessary to get to the custamer....everytime you have to chat with the stuff on whassap that's not easy

I rated it 3 star because it has less or no sound when orders come in and the process of writing a customer and taking pictures of food is too long for 1 order

The app is refusing to work am even unable to register it keeps circling the whole time,what's going on with registration?

Brilliant app and platform

So easy good to work with. But it is slow when taking pictures to finish the trip

It is quite a nice application to work with, but I think they should add a chat button so we can be able to push update with the clients. Rather than us calling them. Thanks (PWC)

Logging with pin , taking pictures , writing names of the customer when dropping off it makes the it takes a lot of time to deliver just 1 order plus it doesn't give notification when the order came through

It's a good app more than TDT or even Uber but please just add ringtone for notification,this must be the best I have ever use in my lifetime

Good app, but I think you should try to add the chat platform so the driver can chat with the customer through the app to confirm the addresses
