Can't log in, communication error.
Hi, I have a baby watch that is apparently already registered in the program. How can I solve the problem?
worst ever app not bind my watch, weast of money, I thought watch in the bin .
It cannot locate my son. It says all the time : "nerver upload pos can not get location information" . Whatever it means...
Not able to pair watch with app. It says request sent to the administrator
So far it seems to work: we've paired a kids watch and the location is as good as can be expected from a 2G/non-GPS device. My main comment on the app is that the English translations need improvement. Even basics like "chat" are really mis-named, it's a "voice message" app - a keyboard isn't practical on a watch screen.
I want to give a zero star rating, This app doesn't work, when trying to register it needs an email address, when I try to enter an email address it says invalid...
Not synchronized the time between watch and mobile.. and no other way to adjust time zone
Can't set the date and time correctly, and gps isn't accurate
I actually need to give a zero star rating. The app doesnt work with the watch. So the time and date are wrong. Cant even add phone numbers he can call. Total waste of money. Please recall both the app and the watch.
