Hands down the best app for yoga and meditation

Though I like the app so much. Everything is properly designed and the workout plans are great, but sometimes, the workout schedule gets repeated on the next day also. For example, yesterday I finished day 12, today also it is showing day 12. No option to move forward or skip it, i need to repeat it. This happened several times. Please fix the bug.

This app is AMAZING I really needed to do some exercise at home so I tried this and it helped so much with sleep, health and so much more I can feel every part of my body after I did the sleep exercise and it made me go to sleep in like 2 seconds.i suffer from insomnia that makes it hard to sleep so this helped (ㆁωㆁ).

I really wanted to keep this app, but they keep blowing up my phone with a ton of reminders to do yoga. This is the opposite of relaxing. One reminder a day would be acceptable.

Compared to other exercise apps I suppose this is a great app as it allows you to exercise at your pace and it comforts your body and mind.

I enjoy the app, it's helpful, but you need to fix the audio. Different classes have different volume levels. The hip opener class in the full body fitness sequence is choppy and then disappears completely after 8-9 minutes. Generally the audio cuts out abruptly at the end of each class.
