It's been a week since I've tried to initiate an exchange. You guys really need to get your support team in check

Such an headache this app doesn't have a wishlist section.. I lose my favourite products and can't buy them if I don't buy right now. That's not expected from an app like this which is made for shoppers. Even after the update, they failed to put this feature (essential feature).. that's y I stopped using Zaamo. Two stars just because of the good collection.

The worst part of this app is, it doesn't have a wishlist section and you cannot filter out on the products on the basis of multiple categories ie. Size, product type, material, price range etc. Does not at all work on providing a good user experience, which should be a bare minimum for any app. ---------- Thanks for your feedback! Worst ever shopping experience. You can get better dresses from a roadside shop than here. They won't answer your calls , won't answer to email, turn their phones off or they will block you if you want a return or replacement. It was the worst online shopping experience i have ever had. The product was extremely poor quality wise. They did not accept my return. All my money down the drain. With online shopping the one thing you always want is easy return and exchange. These guys didn't have that. And oh my god the tracking of the order was impossible. You can't track their order .
