This review is not regarding the app but regarding the delivery service of their courier partners that is the xpressbees. Very irresponsible and pathetic service. My shipment is supposed to delivered to me on 10th july and not delivered saying fake reasons. Same also 11th of july. I stayed my home cancelling my all other works. Still today also they didn't deliver the item. What a horrible service, no number to contact the courier service. What type of service from firstcry. Not caring for the

Firstcry product quality check is very unreliable and customer service is pathetic. I got a baby sipper that had black fungus growth all over the handle and bottle and it was likely improperly stored and very old. I have been waiting for them for several days to at least acknowledge and approve my request to replace it. You cannot reach customer service in any way and their automatic voice assistant a zero help. You would get frustrated following up with them again and again for a small item.

Products are good but service is one of the worst. I had ordered a high chair. They promise of next day delivery but it has not yet delivered even after five days. Their partnership with Expressbees is even worse. Since last five days I am getting message that your product will be delivered today. At the end of the day they message me that you were not reachable on phone and or you were not available at home. The delivery guy never made a phone call. Please don't do business with Expressbees.

I placed an order for the first time yesterday. There was a flag that said to order within a few hours for same day delivery. I ordered within time but my order was not delivered yesterday. Half the day is over and I haven't received it today. I'm trying to connect to someone from customer support but they only have a virtual assistant which is pathetic. Doesn't answer any questions and is of no use. Pathetic first time experience. Same experience for the second order. No call received ever.

Very bad experience with the recent purchase. Also it has no option to return or submit review. I ordered Huggies for my kid, on 1use only rashes appears on his leg. Also tried other when rashes are gone, it appears again when diaper is rewear to my kid. Trying to connect to customer support but can't proceed further due to computerize chat Is this offer pack is defective... I shopped from local retailer and the same brand diaper with same detail smaller pack is suiting my kid

Since my last 2 orders delivery is getting delayed, no option for customer care executive and also chat option is not working. Very very slowest app as it taking around 2 min to load the page even at 150Mbps internet speed. Second thing, you should stop charging GST as no platform charges GST apart from discounted MRP. If above 2 issues resolved then I will give 5 star. Already cleaned data and reinstalled and restarted device.

Very bad customer service, I ordered 5 superbottom cloth reusable diapers that comes with soaked pads but I didn't get any soaked pads and it is non returnable. It's of no use without soaked pads. No one is answerable to this. Not able to connect with the customer care service agent.

Cancellation policy is horrible. Additional charges will be there for cancellation. Will not get timely delivery. Cannot trust their Order status. for example,while ordering the commited date would be after 5 days. Delivery of the product may happen after 10 days, after 5 days application shows out for delivery.but it will happen after another 5 days. if it is in out for delivery then we cannot cancel the product. And customer service representatives are irresponsible.

firstcry has no limit in terms of unprofessional,irresponsible executives and service. now another vague option is been given to put the complaint under product missing. which is not possible since the invoice was also missing the in the parcel. earlier in was told to put a mail. I did it but I got another vague reply. highly disappointed this time.the executives are only bothered about their rating and nothing else. I will be deleting my firstcry account after this issue gets solved.

Pathetic app. My first experience is very bad. Ordered three items and on the delivery date I get to see a message that delivery was unsuccessful due to logistics issue. And I am not allowed to cancel it. You cannot contact customer care. In chat they provide very limited options. Would recommend parents to go to market and buy stuff for your child on your own.

Initially everything was good, now they started charging for return pick up products. It is a big loss to customers, I'm the regular customer of firstcry and recently faced the charges for return pick up. Even after writing many mails to customer care, there is no proper response. If they calculate return rates then how about purchase rates are more than return. Very disappointed and decided to discontinue firstcry purchase.

Worst customer care experience. We cannot contact and talk to any customer care executive. On app also we cannot type and chat with the assistant. You have to select only from the options given. I have already paid for my order but 1 item out of 4 was not delivered but on app it's marked delivered. It's such a hassle to get through the customer care services. Pathetic
