So far, after only one day, I'm impressed on how it delivers. No ads during work outs, provides timer, sequence as well period of rest. Will keep going and provide more feedback after one week. We'll done!


This is amazing! I thought the beginner stuff would be really easy, but the exercises are really good. They give you a perfect amount of break time. Highly recommended!


I really enjoy this app, it has a nice amount of different workouts and stretches. I also like that it's simple yet effective in its use and not complicated to follow since it gives descriptions or videos on how to do certain things. I do wish they had more categories though, most of it is based on muscle gain or weight loss, but it'd be nice if they added workout and stretching categories for mood boosting/ease anxiety and for those with mobility issues or elderly.


Just started using it today!! Whew💪 it was hard, but felt good! Which that means, it works!:)) Easy to use. The a.i from the app explains how to do each excercise. She also let's you choose between easy, too easy, hard, and too hard. Love the features so far! Thank you!


Lots of workouts, I really like the app setup and the daily workout notification. Feature request: allow sharing my workout progress with friends that they use the app also. It will motivate them to use the app vs. Other options. I would be fine and happy with just a dashboard of what my friends did vs. me and knowing they'll see what I did on their dashboard.


It's a very good app. It helps you to easily make your home workout and the best of all. You can adjust the training to your personal capabilities.


I used this app for a month straight. I did the 7x4 upper body challenge. I really liked it at first. By week two i found a couple things i didn't like. 1. Pushup days became disproportionate to the rest of the plan, making those days overly challenging. 2. Some pushup technique may put far to much strain on your shoulders & should be done w/ professional guidance. I did noticed improvements and learned new workouts I'll be using for my own personal routine. Overall, works & not bad. 7/10


Amazing app, tells everything you should do for certain spots, tells you if your overweight or under weight, has detailed tutorials on each exercise and is friendly to all kinds of athletes, this helped me begin a healthy habit and not to mind it has examples for both no equipment and equipmrnt workouts. Amazing app


As a user of the app, I wanted to pay some acknowledgement for keeping myself fit. The person's face I'm using is actually my father, he's the one that wanted me to use an app putting together two of some of my favourite things to do, using technology and also getting in my fitness. As now a teen in high school, I saw my friends grow and progress, sideways. So, the reason why, is to keep this generation healthy (I hope). All in all, it's a great app. Thanks.


The best. Ads are not invasive. Premium is cheap. Well design. No need of equipment. Easy to follow and you can adjust exercises according your experience.


No way to give feedback, the button in the app is broken. So I'll leave it here. Tailoring your "motivational" messages so you give women different notifications about having a "good figure" is utterly unnecessary. I'm pretty sure you don't send men those messages. There's so many fitness apps, I don't need one that sends me gender based notifications

It's like anything you get what you put into it. The app is great, and I love how you do the workout at the pace of the instructions with 20s breaks in between. Additional time can be added to the breaks, or you can skip them all together. Stretches at the end of every workout!


This is the best. I didnt really go through other workout app enough to say that. However, this app has its advertising arrangment Perfect. Not one of those obvious money farm cheap video games on play store where they play their ads 99% of screen time and unskipable nightmares.


Clean, easy-to-use UI, with a very beginner-friendly "welcome" screen. Ads are placed infrequently throughout the app, and it suits my needs perfectly.


Seems good for a free app, there are ads of course but can you actually get anything without ads? Apparently Royal match doesn't have ads.....which is ironic seeing as all I seem to see are ads for Royal match telling me that there are no ads in the game!. Ads suck. This app is ok though.


It is difficult for me to do more than 50 pushups (of different types) in my first exercise. Although i put all the information about me correct. Now i adjusted it to easier level. Very good app by the way!


Great app. The free version is great. Gives a good range of exercises, with instructional videos, etc . 28 day challenge has been great to get me back into exercise and seems to adapt well to different fitness levels


Super clear and straight forward. You have to start with the desire to make a change in your life. Then just go for it and continue. Be faithful to your workout and don't skip it even if you feel like you don't want to. Take control of your body, if you do you'll control your health, mood and energy. App is awesome and ads are not a problem.


Eh, it was pretty good. I recommend beginner for the first time doing this app, and once you've done at least one workout, you can do the intermediate workouts. Now i did that, and it was pretty good. Thanks for creating this app. Now, i feel more confident.


Great calisthenics workout app. I've. Recently started using it to reduce weight and build muscle, so I'll be posting my results after a while. Either way, the app is easy to use and the ads are not at all annoying. Love it.
