Expats should definitely AVOID this provider at all costs. It's impossible to have anything done in case you speak English. They should be canceled for their treatment of foreigners. You won't be disappointed only if you have 0 expectations. App is terrifying. It took them years to make it, and it's still horrible. Edit: since you continue to reply to my reviews, you are absolutely aware that it is impossible to reply back here. I sent you emails, and complaints - however, no reply. 1 star again

I couldn't Enter the app, because for some strange reason, the verification code(for resting my Password) is never sent to me , this problem happened 6 months ago, and still they didn't fix it. Edit: The issue was solved after contacting the customer service, but I will give 4 stars instead of 5, because I went around five times to one of Vodafon Centers, and they couldn't solve it, and they just told me to keep trying:)

Since the last update it is working fine, looks totally renewed, fuctions are working properly and fast. Visually it is plain and simple and now it's very easy to navigate. nice-to-haves: the design is now a bit barebones, I kind of miss the blurred pic in the background, would appreciate the option to set a custom background from the gallery, also a dark mode would be nice (not everyone wants a new phone with the latest Androind running on it that has the option to force dark mode on apps).

The app itself is improving, however still cannot give even 2 stars. Basic functions are not working properly, unexpected errors if you want to do your contract renewal, etc. It is not the fault only of the app though, the website has the very same issues. Using 20th century technology to convince people Vodafone is a leader in IT and telecommunication in 2022, not the most effective way in my opinion. But it seems to be still working, so keep going, you're awesome!

Thanks for the constant updates! Now you cannot even see how much data or minutes you have left! Also you get errors like (insufficient fund. top-up) for purchases that you have enough funds for. Interface changes just make everything even less intuitive and harder to navigate. When ever you think you can use this app for something, it needs and update and then you just discover a new error code after frustrating attempts to do anything. Simply useless when you need it, may work 1 in 5 times.

This app has an extremely outdated interface. It doesn't look like a native Android app at all, has quirky and confusing navigation, poor design, and offers an inferior user experience overall. I'm not sure if the UX designers need to follow a mandatory styleguide issued by Vodafone, or the app is the Hungarian team's very own design, but it needs improvement asap. Having no dark mode would take off two stars in itself, but that's the least of the app's problems right now.

I'm unable to log in since at least mid summer. No matter how many times I enter my credentials and press on the login button, it just doesn't do anything. It's stuck on the login page. I have reinstallad the app, deleted the cache, deleted user data, tried everything. This really really sucks. Update: The browser version is also unusable. I have requested a new password many times, but it took more than 12 hours to receive a temporary password, whic was also unusable when tried, expired.

Worse than before! The previous app was usable, but new updates just don't make any sense. Very slow browser integrated login and payment. I have to login through a web browser every single time I open the app. Also Vodafone's website is not always working properly. There is no way save the login details. The app it self loads slowly. In 2021 it's a joke, especially from a big provider like Vodafone

When you try to login, the app will launch a browser window. After entering the ID and password, nothing will happen. It is stuck, probably because of recaptcha blocking the login process. I tried to contact customer service for help, but after 80 minutes of waiting on the phone while being forced to listen to horrible hold 'music', I gave up.

The app improved compared to the version released in august. However, some data still cannot be seen through the app (only on the web page), for example I am unable to check the remaining minutes available to other mobile networks, the number of remaining free SMS's included into my plan, etc. It would be great if everything could be tracked through the app, without having to access the web page. Also, login with biometric identification would be nice.

Update 2021.10.05: time has passed and I am still not able to log in within the app with fingerprint sensor, unbelievable. I have to go to a separate page to give my login data, why? I would give zero stars if it would be possible. 👎👎👎 || The latest app is horrible, the previous version was easy to use, informative. Huge step back compared to the previous one.

Previous version wasn't a user friendly but functioning. New one is the worst. Need urgently a good UX, or fire a current one! Can't check the remaining data, so impossible to manage not to randomly runout in some no free wifi places..and the monthly recurring data packages have gone or maybe just hard to find!? One-time 1GB package is inactive on app (why???), took awhile to learn that must get it through SMS which SMS fee is on top! (+more to whine) This app is just a hub of their weblinks👎

Terrible experience. The data usage indicator which was the most useful feature in the old version is now nowhere to be found. Also, random status messages warning me to update the app when no updates are available, while not allowing me to log in and purchase data, is also an unprecedented issue. Day by day Vodafone gives more motivation to switch to another company.

After the update, it is almost useless. Hard to understand its interface, hard to see how much internet do I have. Also slower than before, has worse design and there are no "Vodafone good things" in there or hard to find them. I hope they will bring back the old version. It worked perfectly find, stable, and were easy to use it fast for purposes I wanted.

They deleted my previous (HU) review somehow... nice move. After 5+2? days of maintenance the app still shows weird questionmarks, and once you log in it still shows only a maintenance screen. The rating here is not for the app as there is nothing to rate literally, rather the whole experience. Previous version was just fine, could use it quite easily to manage things. This new version is not even functioning.

You simply can't change your payment options, because the app doesn't react to ANYTHING other than the back arrow. Also you can't use the simple account with your Google account, because it doesn't use the Chrome browser. And you can't even use the simple app, because it doesn't recognize the url. Everytime I have to provide my bankcard's data because this sorry excuse of a "user friendly" software can't remember it.... Otherwise it's not so bad, but this pisses me off to no end!

Service is unavailable at the moment, check again later.... Sure thing, I mean everybody can have server down time from time to time, during big maintenance or upgrades, maybe even for 4-5 hours, but it's just hilarious that you can not do anything outside of the app, but the app can't reach the service, not on mobile data, not on WiFi, and it's a regular thing, happens more often than not. Every single day, there is a period when you can't use it. Especially at night. It's just not working.

Doesn't always send notification in your selected language, not clear through the app what features you have and their rates, does not show you your balance offline, so you cannot always kbow if you are out of credit or if the network is just down. Basically only good for seeing how much data you have left and giving them more money
