Frustrating app. Doesn't save workouts as you go, which means it's easy to swipe back and lose everything. When you try and restart the session, it gives you a totally different plan from scratch. Also it asks for feedback relentlessly...multiple times in a single session and every time you return to the screen from a different app. Irritating as hell.

Amazing customization for each workout. Great instructions on how to do each exercise with detailed visuals. The muscle recovery screen is fantastic! As for cost, I honestly think the annual subscription is under priced for what you get. The only two things I could think of for improvements would be: 1. App integration with things like Garmin or FitBit (Dev, If you're reading this I'd prefer Garmin lol) 2. Ability to remove/add an exercise mid workout.

I love this app. It's but free, easy to use and detailed instructions. Is is possible to have it on smart watches both WearOs and Apple Watches so that instead of reaching out to your phone everytime to check the next exercise, you can view, select, log set on your smart watch.

I really enjoy this app it has helped me a lot with recovery and understanding new workouts but I have 2 issues with it. 1 I would like to be able to add more sets or add more workouts to my current one without having to restart my entire workout over and 2 there are not many options for workouts when switching out 1 for another it's always the same type. I hope you guys update it so that there are more available options that is why I only gave 3 stars. I will change the rating once you update.

Almost a 5 star for me, unfortunately when it comes to the meal prep there isn't an option to exclude certain ingredients (in my case it's soy and peanuts). If there was an option to edit ingredients allowed or not allowed, then this app would get a full 5 stars from me. The app works wonderfully in all other areas!

Bare bones for the price tag but the big issue is that you pay for it and it asks for ratings every time you open it no matter how many times you give a rating. HOW ARE YOU ENJOYING THE APP!? HOW LIKELY ARE YOU UP RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!? When you pay for something like this, it should be all about function! I shouldn't have to pat the developer on the back and reassure them with feedback to the point that it impedes my ability to quickly utilize the thing I paid for. Real dumb.

Not worth paying for. If free, maybe. Once you start sets, you can't change the set weight. It won't save weights from previous dates as to compare. Pop ups asking you to rate the app pop up with annoying frequency

Shocking. Could maybe have put a two star. It is very basic (despite paying the subscription). It is very clunky and not user friendly in any way. The metrics are also very poor as well and very restrictive for inputting data. Save yourself money and get better free videos on YouTube.

It's a pretty good app with varied exercises and good instructional videos etc, but the step counter is rubbish and returns 0 step results most of the time. I guess most people have fitbit step counter apple watch heart rate monitor things anyway.

I'm not happy with the app. Different amount of series for left and right side. For example: Kettlebell deadlift left side - exercise for 30 or 45 secs, then 11 reps; right side only 11 reps. Similar thing with neck stretch left side 30 secs twice, right side 30 secs once. (These differences are not shown in the workout plan). Another thing is that the 30 secs timer last shorter than 30 secs. (I even saw once the timer skip one number).

I absolutely love the workouts themselves! So much variety in all levels of difficulty! The reason I can't give a perfect score is due to the rep issues. There's absolutely no audio or video cues at any point for how long a rep takes. They say "22 repetitions" but sometimes there's time to do 35, sometimes there's only time enough to do 15. My suggestion is to say the exercise, say the number of reps, and then you have to manually choose when to move on to the next exercise.

I started on this app in the late spring and can not be more positive. The workouts are very customizable and easy to program. I have seen app updates, and they have been very helpful in me achieving my goals. I do a lot of individual workouts depending on the day and specificly on what I'm trying to achieve. The app works very time. Now, don't get me wrong, I have had the occasional bump, but nothing that interfered with the workout. Very highly recommend this app.

This is a great workout app, with an effective selection of exercises for muscle development. My only gripes would be a lack of instruction on achieving correct form with some of the exercises, somewhat frequent countdown audio errors leaving me to glance at my phone mid workout, and no clear way to edit time expected to complete all reps, leaving me to pause the exercise in the app to compete them all. These are minor things however, overall the app is greatly cost effective and efficient 😁

the warm ups and cool downs are a game changer to my experience. I do home workouts with some lighter dumbbells and bands and am able to modify or swap out exercises as needed. I have also found that there are many exercises incorporated to help work mobility along with strength, which has helped me stick with it more consistently, longer-term, and see great results towards my goals!

I like the app, but it's broke. I like the exercises they provide when you select how long you want to workout and the muscle groups. I paid for the yearly subscription, which wasn't bad, but all the workouts I try to edit and save, no matter if it is an exercise within or the entire workout, it NEVER saves. Same with adjusting settings for my step goals, NEVER saves. App is broke in that aspect where nothing saves for more than a few minutes. I've contacted support, to no avail. Could be better

The exercise options it gives are good, but you can't put the weight you are using in, can't change the amount of reps, haven't found a way to save a workout so they are always different, and most annoyingly it freezes between exercises so constantly having to go back or refresh while your trying to work out

FOUND: I added "chin station" as part of my home equipment, but it says there are "0 target areas", so adding this piece of equipment literally does nothing. A LOT of the equipment suffers this same glitch, so the app doesn't update your plan when you add them to your equipment. This is basically false advertising at this point, and at the very least, an extremely negligent oversight. Also there is a glitch where the workout stops and must be manually fixed by skipping to the next exercise.

I have been using the app for several months now. I see the body changes and feel better. However, some activities have no sound. I have complained a few times, but this is not fully addressed, although they respond. Otherwise, the app would be okay. I will reduce my rating to 3 stars until this is resolved. Also, some freezing here and there.

Awesome app! It's helped tremendously with muscle gain and weight loss. Thank you!! UPDATE: I'm super happy with the changes of custom workouts being counted now on the daily counter and to see areas worked out on your body that are depleted. One issue: Areas such as your traps, calves, and forearms should have their own exercises as well, so those areas are properly exercised, and we can see those results in the Muscle Recovery area. They used to have to this before. Please bring this back!

Every session gives different exercises which is not good. Muscle growth happens on the repetition of the same movement over time. I would prefer to have a weekly plan that stays the same over the months. I would suggest also the possibility to give the possibility to the user to modify the whole schedule. I like the challenges and the body status.
