Connection List App DESCRIPTION

No ads, no root required!

This app shows (live-capture) and tracks all current internet (ipv4 and ipv6) network connections on your phone/tablet – graphical. It reads the data from the same location as the famous netstat-tool (network statistics / network (internet) connection monitor), but optionally with tracking mode as small and efficient background-service with minimal CPU and power consumption. And: you can export all the data as CSV-File to Excel or LibreOffice.

With this Tool, you can monitor every app, if it connects to the internet: when, how often, to which servers… You can also check, if there are any listening network sockets (open ports/servers) on your device. Spyware, malware and all other ugly apps with heavy connection loading will be unmasked.

Fields available in live-capture network monitor and in the export-file:

* local-IP / hostname
* remote-IP / hostname
* resolved internet hostnames (if enabled)
* connection – state (explanation on click)
* time of connection create / change
* ipv4 / ipv6
* application name and icon

Options:

* enable/disable resolving hostnames
* enable/disable tracking
* sorting by time, connection-state or app-id
* EXPORT list as CSV file (pro-feature)

You can run this app as a background-service to track connections, and to quick view open connections at the notification area.

If you have ideas for improvements, feel free to send me an e-mail. This app is tested on various devices – if you found a bug nevertheless, please write too!

Thanks!

A subnet calculator for IP networks. Real-time updating and copy/paste support!
This is a network/subnet/IP address calculator for setting up routers and addresses on IP networks. Real-time updating and copy/paste support is included!A single slider acts as a selector for the CIDR, the netmask, and to scale the # of hosts needed in your subnet network. The application is useful for subnetting a router in tandem with an Android web browser or just for educational purposes. Education is emphasized by real time updating of network, broadcast, netmask, first and last address of the subnet, and the number of usable IPs in several different formats (dotted-decimal, hexadecimal, octal, decimal, binary and decimal). Also there are basic notes. There is real time updating of output as you change values and move the slider to change the netmask/mask bit. Touching the output will cycle through several different formats. Long presses will enable menus for copying to the clipboard. IPv4 functionality is finished.No ads nor special permissions required! Also, this subnet calculator does not suffer from the common "there's no dot on my number keyboard" problem.Please email me at: android@orbitingpluto.net

Paid said it was to old for my device

computer

An absolute must have. One of the all time best. Thanks to the Developer. - It's 5 Stars for sure!

Christia..

Does not work at all on my Android 10 phone. I even get a warning that it's made for an older version of Android. Since this is a paid app that's not good at all.

Mr

One of a kind. Enables you to see which of your apps are phoning home. A very useful security/privacy tool. Wouldn't be without it. Excellent.

Karl

Superb. Tracks lP both wireless & wired. The others (that I tried) do not track wired lP on Android phone, that is: wired to USB port, disable wireless, disable cellular. Made possible sleuthing out a misbehaving "bad guy" app. Anyone interested will delight to see what-all, IP-wise, is happening in the background, logically & colorfully presented. I like it!

Cheryl

PROBLEM SOLVED THANK YOU.

Simple easy to use app with accurate results. Don't let the (UI) user interface fool you. I've tested similar apps in the store and none come close to the accuracy. Additionally, the app requires very few permissions. Support the developer, it's worth the price of a cup of coffee. / Stock Samsung Note 5 / Android 7.0. API 24 / Sprint

Worth the money. I hope dev. keeps on devving this app, nicely done

In terms of connections captured it seems to be doing its job. However, it'd be great if the apps could be shown by their installed name rather than module name, and more info (whois) on the servers they're connected to. Also, if we could choose specific app/apps to monitor & log all its/their connections, that would be very useful too! Thanks!

thx for feedback - whois and filter by app is on todo-list... coming next!

Guest

Very nice app... very well thought-out but simple UI. It was a pleasant surprise to find that it runs on-demand rather than constantly from boot (like so many other networking apps) so won't drain the battery or slow down boot time. Just means now whenever there's an unexpected flurry of network activity I can find out what it is at the touch of a button with this app. Cool.

Guest

Does what it says. Displays real time port access, status, ttl, ip, app and more. Excellent and professional implementation.

I needed to see where connections are going, and by which applications. This does it with a clean interface, and notification :-)
