Buggy and borderline unusable. The location searchbar is inefficient and includes locations where the discount isn't valid, and would be better replaced by a map search function. The app glitches and sometimes won'tdisplay the QR code due to recurring pop-ups. According to the website there should be a coffee club tile which is nonexistent in the app, which prevents me from using any coffee shop discounts. The discounts are fine, but you couldn't create a more frustrating interface if you tried.

Unusable. Log in to the app, go to use the card - just get stuck in a loop where it asks you to log in repeatedly Update: This is a scam surely. They have also just taken a payment for a year's membership despite me cancelling immediately once I realised the card was unusable. I have a confirmation email of this. The app is useless as I cannot find where to access the coffee club perks. They say there is a tile for coffee club but it is non existent in my app. If I search Cafe Nero it doesn't even find it, even though I am stood outside. I'm sure the perks are good if you can use them. Would give 0 if I could

Awful experience with this company. Be careful if you add extra subscriptions which are suppose to be free as you still will be charged from previous subscription. Why would someone need more than one subscription is beyond me. Avoid

Not a great selection in my area. Also, doesn't respect notification settings. I've switched off push notifications & still it spams me. Go back into the app & they're switched back on again. Notifications now blocked

It is not working when I needed. They fix the problem a few days later but when I was in the restaurant and I wanted to use the app to get the 2 for 1 discount it wasent working. I had to pay the full price. 😔 The purpose of this up is to save money but if isn't working when I needed I can't save money with it.

App keeps crashing and when I can get to log on tried buying a virgin experience, took me to the page then wouldn't fully load and kept crashing, couldn't purchase anything. Been paying for this service and have never actually managed to buy anything. Tastecard is a joke now

Now failing to work! App has always come up with the digital card simply but seems no longer works and just takes you back to sign in. Fortunately my card is an added bonus with my bank a/c otherwise would be looking for a refund as unable to use.

Crashing since last week. Cannot use. Such a headache. Never had this happened before. In a loop signing in then saying session timed out, putting in passwords and can't use card. I'm requesting a good old Plastic one again.

The app asks you to log in which you do but then when you go to click on something or go onto my card it tells you to log in again and you just end up in a loop and don't get anywhere. Terrible app!

Am in a restaurant and the app will not allow me to log in. My signal is fine and i habe reinstalled the app twice. Only came so I could use it. Customer services will get back to me in 5 working days. Awful.

First time I've tried to use the app since paying for it and it doesn't work. Every offer I click on tells me to log in and then I go through the same process over and over. Have reinstalled the app 6 times now and it just doesn't work.

I can sign in on the website but not the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting password etc. When I type the correct password it trys to sign me in but then won't load up my details and loops round so I can't get discounts. Rubbish app and waste of money as no way to benefit from potential discounts. establishments won't accept your membership no even if you show them you are signed in via the website as they need the qr code from the useless app. no way to get support and fix it

Absolutely useless app that doesn't work. I can't view my card as whenever I try to, or try to click on a catagory it asks me to login. I do so and then go in the same loop again. App seems incapable of actually logging me in so I cannot do anything with it. This needs to be fixed as I just cannot use my card at all

Apparently there's a coffee club membership area, but unable to view this. Tried logging in and out. Redownloading the app but unable to find it. Not a very user friendly app. Could be so much easier and simpler by just scanning your card instead of going via the application all the time. Wouldn't recommend tastecard if I didn't get a free version via Totum.

Very disappointed, another building app manipulating payments to be made on phone instead of payment st venue with cash, sadly will be canceling because absolutely don't trust apps like this that only function by storing our private bank information, sick of this. With the amount of fraud in the world, it should be illegal fir corporations to store our banking information. You just lost a customer. Only wish I could get my time back from the time I wasted signing up.

Most of the time it gives a 505 error message on login/when you try to reset password. Searching for retailers is such a long winded task because they could be under different categories.
