Cut’em loose. Explore more. Track your dogs real time with Dogtra PATHFINDER2. The new PATHFINDER2 is NOT compatible with PATHFINDER series.
A feature packed new Dogtra PATHFINDER2 is a complete GPS tracking system with a FREE real time tracking and training app with FREE map, trailing up to 21 dogs concurrently within a 9-mile range. (Range may vary depending on terrain and your surroundings)
The app is also available on a smart watch. Paired with a new GPS Connector’s tactile “E-COLLAR FUNCTION” button, PATHFINDER2 is more optimized for action without interruption.
The Dogtra PATHFINDER2 has enhanced e-collar commands: Nick/Constant stimulation, Tone, plus new Pager Vibration and LED Locate light.
The Dogtra PATHFINDER2 has updated GPS fence options, which now includes E-Fence along with Geo-Fence and Mobile-Fence.
You can also share tracking with other PATHFINDER2 users, select notification preset per activity type, put GPS receivers to sleep mode, have GPS Connector to alert Bluetooth range or beep to locate itself, and use custom offline maps.

All this does is shock my dog over and over again because it shows that he has exited the boundary when he hasnt, i juat dont understand. Now my dog is just shaking and crying.

As a veteran and not having the knees I once had I felt like I wasn't giving my redbone every opportunity to hunt like I know he wanted to. As someone new to coon hunting with a hound I was scared to let him just go without a collar and me not be able to keep up. Thank God for Dogtra's Pathfinder 2. The customer service has been awesome!T he app is really easy to use and the one thing I really like is the battery life is awesome. Thank you very much

Setting the e-fence boundary is painful. Using an S21 ultra or S22 ultra, so the screen is large (as far as phones go), the map is a tiny portion of that screen. About 1/5th of the screen. Also, the app consistantly tells me that there is a firmware update available, but when I go to the update screen all devices say they are up to date.

I like the product and the options for setup of geo fences and e fences is fantastic, however I am having repeated issues with RF collar losing signal. This has resulted in several instances of my husky being on the loose by being able to walk thru perimeter of the geo/e fences and wandering around. App is updated, collar synced and updated to new e fences and phone and receiver are within range always. Just random drops of the collar. Collar is always full charge and synced before hand

App needs work. It's hard to use, find, and setup. I.E. why does it want to drop a "truck" position every time I turn it on? I use this as an invisible fence every day. Hunting comes secondary. The whole app needs to be remade to be much more user friendly. Love the product tho.

The pathfinder 2, and its app, leave a lot to be desired. The map system is terrible compared to the original pathfinder. The collars lose RF signal constantly, meaning you have no control of the collar, and no idea where your dog actually is. The GPS system is way off. Standing next to my dogs, it will say they are over 75 feet away from me, and it does not have them, or me in the location they actually are in. The original system was great, but Gen 2 is unreliable, and not functional.

Received the unit in March. It worked great up until a week ago. It no longer will connect with my Galaxy S22 Ultra. I was told it was due to an update on my phone, and they would call me as soon as they figure it out, haven't heard from them yet. Hoping they find a fix soon.

App automatically updated and wouldnt open anymore, it would just crash immediately. I reinstalled the app and lost all settings and maps. Ok. Whatever... I updated the firmware in transmitter that said was out of date and now the transmitter won't connect via Bluetooth or even go into pairing mode. This system has great potential but is super super buggy. Now my entire system is useless untill I can get help getting my transmittor to connect via Bluetooth again. Please get this ironed out!!

Unfortunately my system is not working great. It did for my first use and then after, everytime the receiver loses RF when my dog gets 19-58 ft away from me 🤦. The ecollar functions still work without RF signal so that's good because I was able to turn on the collar light and locate my dog. Tonight I tried again, disconnected and reconnected everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing is changed. I wanted to trust this system because I really liked the PF system😔

I like the unit cause of features. Drains battery super fast, 3 times faster that the original pathfinder. Maps are far worse than original maps. It dont show roads , creeks, streams and too blurry. The new update did more harm than good. Maps won't rotate north no more can't point ur phone and follow ur tracks . Have to follow a tiny compass arrow if u trying to watch ypur map and walk. BRING BACK THE OLD MAPS

Horrible app. Telemetry crashes all the time. Should probably use better telemetry. Cant currently get the app to open and am on my 3rd set of replacement collars.

tracks on. latest update took away speed and average speed. still does not keep settings and frequently disconnects. collar is great and would be better with a smaller antenna and an antenna guide instead of a loose long antennae. Update - after the latest update it loses connection to my dog and phone at least 7 times a day and does not like to reconnect. It is worse now than before. Buyer beware. Also - still doesn't keep your settings, doesn't track always even when connected.

Crashes on startup since March Android update. The app use to be great and easy to use. I had a geo fence setup and have been using since 2021. Was a great product, but without the app I have a very expensive piece of junk that's barely useful; it only can be used because the geo fence is still stored and usable on the collar and remote! Either fix your app or pressure android to fix their update!

Been using the system since early Summer 2022. The good: Maps are very responsive with Mapbox, even on a cheap phone Map satelite image qualiy has been improved since the first release Track recording accuracy is very high. Signal works well in very thick cover. General app layout is pretty good The Bad: Recorded speed is way off, 4x faster than reality Compass view has very small font when plenty of space is available Some firmware updates have required uninstalling the app and starting over

The app does not allow connection. Every time after the phone and hand unit connects it comes up with asking you want to create a my truck marker. However you cannot click on anything to make that notification go away and then the app crashes.

Before buying the dogtra pathfinder 2 i wanted to see how the maps looked and its more blury the more you zoom in vs the last model that still has google maps is nice and clear plus the google maps gives you road names on satalite view map box doesnt and the maps are over 6 years out of date for me to be fully commited to buying the new system you would have to switch back to google maps or update this one alot

Love the new functions hate the map, it's very out dated and not even close to clear as in the PF original system. Roads out dated. Houses and structures not there. Blurry when barely zoomed in. Hopefully an update will fix that. I wouldn't have bought the system had I known the map was so bad. I'll probably keep using my original PF until this issue is resolved.
