You cannot download your ticket from the app, and there is NO ticket sent to the email after purchase. So when the app is not working properly (which happens a lot with Intercity), you simply cannot access your data. And it also needs the connection. I had a situation in a train when I couldn't show the ticket due to this issues :/ Terrible experience

Tried to buy a ticket, app said the transaction did not go through but still charged my credit card. So I have no tickets and was still charged. Hoping it will fall off since it is still pending.

There is no pdf/email ticket in the app nor on the website. How do you expect people to do travel claims? PKP always makes everything so complicated.
I bought 2 tickets 12.04.23 and they didn't show up in the application. Support service told that there was an error in application due to which all tickets were canceled. And just suggested to buy another ones. But nobody returned the money. So I had to buy tickets again because my trip was planned for the evening of 14.04, and then I just waited refund. But 14.04.23 tickets suddenly appeared in the application. And now I have two unnecessary tickets. And I spent money twice.

Without any doubt, this is the worst app I have ever used. It's now been TWO times that it took my money and didn't give me the ticket. I guess I should have known better to not give it a second chance. Of course I was able to get a refund through customer support, but still it's incredibly painful UX. Tl;dr: DO NOT USE THIS APP, it will steal your money.

Charges for the ticket and then informs there was an error. You don't get the ticket, but the transaction is executed anyway. This happened a few times. Lately, it does so even without notice. I see the outgoing transfer in my bank account, yet the ticket is neither in the upcoming nor the history section. 2 for effort. Edit At some point all the transactions were refunded and now the experience is much more smooth. Still lacking functionality to reserve a seat using a monthly ticket.

Don't trust this app for ticket control I made the mistake of thinking this app can save your tickets but it can't. The server timed out during a ticket control and had to log into the server to download my ticket. It took 15 mins to just show my ticket I mean they could just make it work offline and save the barcode but everytime you try to open the app, it is like throwing the dice. There is a reason why it has 1.9 rating. It seems to be working until it stops working.

This application is a disaster. You cannot save your credit card, so you have to put card data every time you pay for the ticket. You cannot save the journey details to your calendar via one click, you have to do it manually. You cannot return back just one ticket when you buy two or more. The details provided are badly readable, it is big mess. Old IC Mobile Navigator was much better app, easier, less clicks to buy ticket, etc.. I do not know who approved such a bad application and paid for it.

Application is built to support multiple languages BUT the registration logic requires you need to visit intercity.pl, which is blocked for connections from abroad. Seriously, switch to Koleo or Bilkom. Not functional at all.

Pracujemy nad tym rozwiązaniem. Zakup biletów na połączenia międzynarodowe jest przewidziany w kolejnych etapach rozwoju aplikacji.
I used blik, transaction was interrupted, blik informed me that I will be charged, but app didn't provide me tickets. Fix this app please, it seems to be OK, but currently buggy mess

Doesn't even let you see detail of train. One ticket for all carriers?? You can forget about that. Rather use Bilkom or Koleo. Can't recommend! 7
