Good & useful app in facilitating queue number, medical profile, MC, invoices, & etc. Especially useful when I got the queue number from the app & monitor the queue in real time. App has improved much since it's 1st launch! Good job! 👍🏻

App kindda useless. Can take queue number in advance but end up not getting any queue number

No option for 0 star? Went clinic but was told no doc. Can use Tele consult. Went thru all the trouble to register but could not get a teleconsult appointment on the same day. Weird.

Made an appointment to see the doctor at buangkok square using this app on 23July2022. Appointment to see on 24July2022. Through the app the it's shows that my appointment is accepted. However when I reached there at 10 am the front desk staff told me that the appointment has to made on the day itself and I had to register and wait my turn and place my number at the back. What is this?

Can queue before you come

The app can't even find my postal code and I can't proceed to next page without that field being filled up. Was attracted to the idea of virtual consultation option but too bad this app still needs to upgrade its address database!
