I very often have instances where I delete a product from my basket and it ends up just being added back again, this has happened on every phone I've used the service on, so the issue is not the phone. I then end up with items I did not want, or amounts of an item that I did not want.

The "issues" section on the app is of no use whatsoever. Delivery address can't be changed if the wrong address was chosen. The driver is supposed to wait for 10minutes but headoffice refused this and sent the driver back to the store. They also canceled my order immediately. Delivery fee not refunded! What a disaster. Pick n pay and woolies dash give a much better customer service in this regard. I had to take my business somewhere else today. Very disappointed Checkers.

The service is almost always great and on time. In the rare case that something goes wrong, the refund process is quick and easy. Unfortunately this all gets let down by issues with notifications not coming through which leads to silly replacements and cancelled orders. The developer response was that I should keep the app open, which is ridiculous to do for the hour it takes. And you would miss the message box anyway unless you're literally just staring at the screen the entire time.

Terrible! Maybe its store specific i cant say but recently I have had more complaints than good experiences. Nothing is available to order, or when they deliver its bad replacements or out of stock. Stock is bruised/open or broken. Notifications when shopping must be turned off because I dont get any unless I check which doesnt help because they never able to add your chosen replacement! I used to be a huge ambasador for 60app but today not so much.

Update The missing character issue is because of font zoom changes. Fixed when I enlarged my phone setting font. App is great and delivery service is THEE Best. No one beats Checkers with delivery time and status update at the moment. Lately I've had characters and numbers disappear from my Samsung A23 screen. It's weird but a glitch that needs addressing. I've given 5 stars for now, but subject to downgrade if the character issue is not fixed.

I use this app to do my monthly groceries. I would recommend it to everyone that doesn't like the hustle and bussle of the malls. Its now more than a year that i use it every month. No problems. I only want you to remove oders that didn't went through like for instance it was rejected by the bank or something like that all the declined orders as i use my orders sometimes to reorder stuff. There is one thing that bothers me. I cannot always see my whole shopping list of previously ordered stuff.

So far only positive feedback. Service Guarantee return not applying Credit and expiring! Please fix! Application works fantastic! Delivery, no problem! Weekends, Holidays and bad weather, they get your parcel to you as arranged. Anything changes, they notify you immediately. Need a third option in alternative for no alternative if special cannot be honored. Well worth the environment, money, time saved/spared by light weight delivery at a fraction the cost. Most definitely recommended 👍🏼

The app layout is horrible, scrolling up down and then side to side between items, and then suddenly the side scrolling bounces the items back the other way........., and the item pictures are too big it feels like you are zoomed in all the time and peeking thru a letterbox opening. It's also laggy on the main screen scroll. The service itself is great, but the app feels unpolished and needs refinement.

For the past few months I'm not getting notifications anymore (replace items, shopping done, driver on his way, etc.). I have to manually open the app every once in a while to check on the progress. The app keeps failing and closing in the background. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the app several times to no avail.

I have been using this app for years but for the last couple of months the app does not display the prices fully, you have to add the product to the cart to see the price fully. I have logged a ticket and was advised to reinstall, this did not resolve the issue. This makes using the app soooo long and constantly have to add and remove products just to see the price.

Love Checkers Sixty60! It saves us a lot of time and effort, the service is top notch with friendly delivery staff and we always get refunded immediately when items are not up to standard...but guys...please, *PLEASE* fix the bugs on your app. It crashes frequently and I no longer receive notifications when shopping starts, when items are unavailable or when the driver is on the way... And one more first world problem: can we stop stapling the bags? The resulting injuries are not on anymore.

Generally enjoy the app, but it's gotten worse in the last couple months and im considering trying another app. App hass a lot of bugs and it crashes a lot. If I specifically don't choose a replacement item on the app, I Don't want another random replacement or a chosen replacement. It means I want something specific and I'd rather not have the item at all. Please add an option to select "no replacement if out of stock".

Although service delivery is excellent, the app doesn't work when I lodge a dispute with the quality of products received. I can add all the details as per the system prompts, but it does not allow for it to be uploaded/updated. And, if you send an email with pics, it's ignored. This is frustrating as I just received an order with parsley almost dead, and the packet is filled with water. Really disappointed

I have only recently started using this service and the app. It definitely better than the rest in its category. It's efficient when all is good, once there is a missing item that's where the issues in my experience. I think they need to update category of issues relating to items missing versus delivery. I got charged for delivery again while it was not my mistake. And their contact center is very impatient, and do not listen to customers before answering. Fix the back office, then you get 6/5

I originally gave this app 5* for speed and efficiency. I use it at least once a week and have rarely had problems with the app itself. Mistakes with orders can be counted on one hand. Minus one star because ingredients are not listed. At least add another photograph of the ingredients and the option to zoom in. Thank you for delivering great service in the past 3 years.

This was my go-to grocery delivery app, but now it's appalling. Forget the missing/low quality items (which seems to have gotten worse recently), but the app is useless as a delivery service now. There are no push notifications to let me know anything (when the order started, left the store/arrived at my house, or out of stocks), and the real-time tracking of the driver is non-existent. Really disappointed with my last few experiences, so I'm uninstalling and switching to Woolies.

Used to be the best out of the rest. I've brought this up a couple of times that this app just crashes recently. It used to update me when the shopping is done and when it's on the way, but it doesn't. I've checked app permissions and notifications and all is right but for the last 4 deliveries, nothing. So disappointing that it now even crashes. Even when you book a future time, the driver just pitches at your doorstep beforehand.

Edited review. From a 4* to a 1*. Missing products in my last 2 orders. Today, I'm missing 15 products! I logged in product issues. My account was credited but the deterioration in service/delivery is shocking. Now I have to reorder the same products and pay for delivery again. Old review: Overall, good. I'm using the app all the time. Fast delivery. Rarely any mistakes with the orders. It's a 4* because I have received cans (more than once) that have dents and a flour bag that was punctured.

This was my favorite and the best shopping experience for me but I constantly get messages that the app is crashing. The prices don't show fully, I have to add to cart for the price to show, instead of R69.99 it will show R6 ,99 (there's just a space where the second digit should be). I also never know when shopping has started and can't select replacements, I've reported this on the app twice but it has yet to be resolved. Quite disappointed

The app is good, I like being able to search within a deal and not having to manually search for items that correspond with the deal. However, the re-order feature is problematic. When the items are added to my cart, after I swipe, they're removed. This is the 3rd time thjs has happened. I'm assuming it's a bug because I've used the function before, but that was only with less than 5 items. Either the app is overwhelmed or there is a serious issue. It becomes tedious to add each individual item.
